Some young people can face difficult transitions into early adulthood and the H4 program is proving to be an effective way of helping them to overcome barriers to participation in community life and to improve their work, social and education opportunities. H4 approach makes available a system to divert young people from risk-taking behaviour.

The H4 Youth Foundation (H4) is a philanthropic organisation for young people who are at risk of becoming homeless, exposure to illicit drugs, vulnerability to antisocial behaviours or not being able to participate in society in ways that are meaningful.

Sir Jack Brabham has enthusiastically given the use his nickname for an Australian Grand Prix 66 foot racing yacht to be called "Black Jack". Sir Jack is patron of the H4 Youth Foundation.
